What is hidden behind this amiability: a real desire to satisfy a person’s need for an easy and light game, or a scam that makes its users simply “drain” their money into a bottomless financial hole? Is the casino a new scam resource or is it a promising project? Let’s carefully study everything and build our own conclusions.


Casino platform

Bob Casino platform is owned by PlayAmo – a young but large concern, which owns another casino of the same name (PlayAmo Casino).

The casino software was developed in Belarus by Softswiss (the head office of the organization is located in Malta, but the development department is in Minsk). Initially, the developer specialized in online auction software, but later it expanded its product line.

Having almost “broken into” the gambling market in 2017, the project launched an aggressive marketing policy. At the present time, the audience of Bob Casino comprises several hundred thousand people. Players note interesting, spectacular events and convenient functionality.

The security of data transfer during the use of platform resources is ensured by SSL encryption. All information resources are regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority.

Online version of the casino

The website of Bob Casino is fancy: first, the designers use brown color which is not typical for the industry. It looks spectacular and catchy, having the edge over “typical” designs.

The central character of the project is a cheerful Rastafarian Bob, passionate about gambling. He was the one who has “collected” all the most interesting things for us and “helps” to navigate and choose content to our liking.

All the products are not immediately displayed on the page (you can expand the list by clicking on the desired button), so you don’t have to scroll the page for a long time to get to the footer.

The “footer” of the website is very informative: it contains a list of developers whose games are available in the casino, legal information, and information about the license issued by the regulator. The operator’s openness inspires respect: it provides the detailed information which you can use to check the validity of the license, which we did. The official website of the authority says that the license was really issued to the regulator.

The majority of games are traditional: Slots, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker, and Craps. But there is a wide selection of these games (1000+ titles). In addition, you can play in demo mode, however, only after registration.

The website has 12 language versions, which is enough for most players. The original is English, as stated in the User Agreement. Therefore, if you have any difficulties with the interpretation, you need to rely on the English version.

It’s also convenient to use the resource due to the fact that it looks good on various devices. It would seem that a cross-platform function is a permanent phenomenon in our time, but in fact, not all casinos can boast of a competent layout.


Mobile version

The casino mobile version can be used on Android and iOS devices. It is a bit inferior to the browser version in terms of the available number of languages and payment methods, but apart from this, it is a very good product.

The betting limits in the version for smartphones are also different: the minimum bet is not EUR 10, but only EUR 5.

Unfortunately, Bob Casino doesn’t offer any downloadable software. However, for such a young project, a PC version is rather rare. During the first few years, a provider tries to secure a foothold in the market, signs contacts with software developers (we will tell about them in this review) and elaborates the basic functionality.

There is still a chance that PlayAmo will eventually develop an offline version. However the second project of the corporation has not yet got it, although it appeared on the market several years earlier.

Meanwhile, the PC agent has several advantages over the browser version:

And here’s the thing: if you make a deposit just to get the winnings and withdraw funds from the account, you must “wrap” (i.e., wager) the bet at least three times, otherwise the bonus will be canceled and you won’t withdraw the money received from the game. Let’s say, this cashback is not very encouraging.

However, this may seem like a nice bonus for regular users of Bob Casino, who regularly play slots.

Replenishment and withdrawal of funds

The service provider offers a narrow range of methods for depositing and withdrawing currency. These are main bank cards (Visa, Master Card), several payment systems and wallets (Comepay, Cubits, QIWI, Skrill, SOFORT, Trustly, Paysafecard, WebMoney, Zimpler, Svyaznoy – for the Russian Federation). In addition, there is cryptocurrency, which is still rare in iGambling.

And naturally, there are even less options for withdrawal. However, payment speed “warms the soul”. And although this is not surprising with regard to e-wallets, we’ve never seen a resource offering to transfer money to a bank card within one hour.

The limits are also quite reasonable: you can withdraw from RUB 1,000 per transaction (and not more than 10,000 EUR per week), and you need to replenish the account by at least EUR 10 (or RUB 1,000).


Complaints about withdrawal

After carefully reviewing users’ feedback, we haven’t found on the Web a single comment in which a user complains about the speed of withdrawal of funds from the account.

There are three options:

  1. Bob Casino players really don’t get into trouble when withdrawing funds.
  2. The casino is not “popular” enough for a big amount of reviews and we simply haven’t found them.
  3. Dissatisfied players don’t want to tell about their problems (which, of course, is unlikely)

Anyway, we cannot present you a single argument “against” the honest work of the client service, which processes applications for withdrawing currency from the deposit.

License and regulator of the casino

All the resources of Bob Casino are managed by N1 Interactive Ltd., registered in accordance with the laws of Malta. Gambling activities are regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). This is one of the most respectable regulators, which issues sublicenses.

Some games (in fact, all the games except those developed by NetEnd) are controlled by the Government of Curacao. Complaints against the casino

Notwithstanding the fact that Bob Casino players do not complain about the speed of payment, they are still unhappy with other matters, mainly with unexpected account blockings. The fact is that the User Agreement states: the operator can block (or even cancel) the client’s account if it suspects any violation of the requirements of the gambling establishment and/or current legislation. It has the right to do this without prior notice.

Another cause of dissatisfaction is, as is often the case, the “bad return of slots”. The factor is subjective and difficult to prove, since we cannot know why the user made such a conclusion. But still we cannot ignore it.

Where to complain against the casino

The operator states that in case of violation of your rights, you can contact the casino client service in accordance with the instructions on the website. E-mail for applications:

Complaints are processed at the support department and are redirected to other services of the casino if employees have failed to resolve them in a timely manner. You will be informed about the change in the status of the complaint until the decision is taken.

Anti-fraud activities

Bob Casino is a promising project that only needs several more things to get “quo status” in the gaming world: to improve the line of slots, providing more opportunities to win, to develop a competent bonus program and to elaborate the mobile version and PC Agent.

In terms of legal support, the casino has everything under control: licensing according to all the rules, openness and friendliness towards the players.

We’re a bit disappointed with the User Agreement, where the provider seeks to secure itself first of all, and not the players. Besides we have not found anywhere the results of audits and testing, which are indispensable attributes of any serious establishment.

Of course, nearly a year has passed since the creation of the casino, however, developers’ vigorous activities cannot be carried out without control, and there should be some small results.

But in general, the impression of Bob Casino is rather positive. And we won’t call this resource a scam for sure: too much work has been done in relation to the satisfaction of users. But some moments come under notice. Let’s see what will happen next.


Bob Casino is presenting itself in accordance with the character: good-looking and fun graphics, friendly relationships with users and partners, frivolous attitude to winnings (you just remember how poor their bonus program is and how much money they offer to spend to the players so that they can reach the top of the VIP-ladder) and unhurried manner in terms of expanding the functionality and game collection.

At the same time, the operator is very serious about legal issues and issues related to licensing.

It is really difficult to assess the prospects of this project, but we can assume that it has a great future. After all, it gives people what most successful casinos focused on marketing forget about – carefree fun. And in the end, most of us come to iGambling not for “profit”, but for emotions.
