Let’s see what the casino is like now: is Luxury Casino a scam or a serious service that needs an impetus to development? Let’s take a closer look and try to understand.
Luxury Casino has several owners: for the UK, it is Apollo Entertainment Limited, registered in Malta in 2015. Other regions are the responsibility of Fresh Horizons Ltd., part of Casino Rewards Group that is practically unknown. Moreover, the legal address of the British resource is the same as the legal address of the well-known CityViews Group, which owns Royal Vegas, Ruby Fortune, Jackpot City Casino and other infamous projects. The fact that Luxury Casino is managed by the same organization as the above mentioned casinos is confirmed by very similar User Agreements, as well as the structure of resources.
The platform looks very outdated in contrast to its competitors: registration forms are stretched to the full width of the screen, pop-up windows appear in the games, live chat is displayed in a separate page, so it is impossible to return to the lobby, etc. The functionality is maximally limited and unlikely to attract sophisticated users.
The resources of the casino are adapted to any screen resolutions and browsers, and the display of content depends on the user’s status: if you are not authorized, you will not be able to view the game collection and some sections.
The company has published the official RTP from eCOGRA: it is 91.61% for Poker, 98.09% – for board games and 96.14% – for slot machines. However, we have not found any supporting documentation.

Summarizing, we can say: the website may be interesting only to the beginner, who has nothing to compare with. Other players will be disappointed.
The mobile version of Luxury Casino can be downloaded from iTunes and Google Play websites/applications. APK is adapted to any modern Android, iOS or Windows devices.
The mobile version does not weigh much, loads quickly and does not affect the performance of smartphones/tablets/iPads.

A considerable disadvantage of the PC agent is its dependence on a specific device, on which it is installed, and therefore, on a specific location. At the same time, it provides greater security than the mobile and browser versions, since you enter your data on your personal device, and not in the shared network and not in an application that requires access to certain files and folders.
In any case, most modern casinos have already refused from the PC-agent.
Live-section (“Interactive”) contains a total of 8 events: several types of Poker, Baccarat and Blackjack. We have not found Roulette in the collection.

Where to complain against the casino
